Your Rights, Our Obligations,
& the Rules of Play

By accessing the ct111 website (ct111.biz), creating a player account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus offered by ct111, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ct111 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account with ct111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each player may hold only one registered account on ct111. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited. ct111 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your ct111 account:

1. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of the deposited funds.
2. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 10 (ten Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
3. ct111 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which ct111 bears no responsibility.
4. Deposits are credited to your ct111 balance in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) without currency conversion. No foreign exchange rates apply to deposits.
5. ct111 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered. ct111 cannot be held responsible for funds deposited to incorrect accounts due to player error.

Players may withdraw funds from their ct111 account subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. ct111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification at any time.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ct111 account holder. ct111 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
4. ct111 processes withdrawal requests within 10–15 minutes for fully verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
5. ct111 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, applicable taxes or levies imposed by Pakistani tax legislation are the sole responsibility of the player.
6. Any active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wager-completed bonus amounts are eligible for withdrawal.
7. ct111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may result in processing times beyond the standard estimates stated above.

ct111 maintains a strict policy of processing withdrawals only to payment methods from which deposits were originally made, unless ct111's compliance team has approved an alternative method in writing.

ct111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the bonus offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

ct111 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, withhold or forfeit any associated balance or bonuses, and report the activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

ct111 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Protective suspension at the player's own request (responsible gaming tools).
• Death of the account holder (account will be closed and balance returned to the estate upon verified request).
• Order of a competent regulatory authority.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ct111 support via live chat. Any genuine account balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ct111's liability for death or personal injury caused by ct111's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ct111 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ct111.biz/privacy-policy. By registering with ct111, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement.

ct111 does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable law and our licensing obligations, and is secured using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

All content on the ct111 platform — including but not limited to the ct111 brand name, logo, visual design, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of ct111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct111 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. The majority of disputes can and should be resolved at this stage without escalation.
